You are solely responsible for the content you upload, stream, and share through ClosedCast. ClosedCast, LLC does not review or guarantee the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of user content.

Privacy & Data Handling

ClosedCast is built for private streaming experiences and controlled sharing. We do not sell your uploaded videos, personal information, or viewing activity to advertisers or third parties.

Uploaded content may be processed and delivered using secure third-party cloud infrastructure providers required to operate the platform, including video streaming, storage, and content delivery services.

You are responsible for determining whether your content is appropriate for cloud storage and streaming distribution.

Private Sharing

ClosedCast provides tools for private sharing with trusted viewers, including families, organizations, churches, coaches, and teams.

Users are responsible for managing who receives access to shared content. Anyone granted access may be able to stream or view that content on supported devices.

Account & Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, linked devices, and access permissions.

ClosedCast may use authentication cookies, device identifiers, and security monitoring systems to maintain platform reliability, support TV devices such as Roku, and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

Billing & Refunds

All payments are final. No refunds are provided. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue through the end of your active billing period.

No Liability

This service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ClosedCast, LLC is not liable for damages, losses, interruptions, or issues resulting from use of the platform or content shared by users.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create security or operational risks.

Changes to Terms

These terms and privacy practices may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept any future updates.
